Refund policy

The short version

Every mini is printed to order just for you. If anything arrives broken, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. For everything else, you have 30 days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Email info@3dmprints.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or refund the item in full — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Returns (change of mind)

Because each item is made to order, we ask that returns be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive the return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, email info@3dmprints.com with your order number. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as printing hasn't started. After production begins we can no longer cancel, but the standard return policy above still applies once your order arrives.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
