This website is operated by 3DM Minis. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before placing an order.

Our products

All items are 3D printed to order. Minor variation in color, layer texture, and finish is inherent to 3D printing and is not a defect. Product photos and renders are representative; the printed item may differ slightly.

Safety: our minis are collectible desk toys, not children's toys. They contain small parts and articulated pieces that can detach, posing a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3, and young children should be supervised.

Designs and intellectual property

Physical products sold in this store are produced under commercial license from the original model designers, who retain all rights to their designs. Purchase of a printed item does not transfer any rights to the underlying design, and no digital files are sold or distributed through this store. All site content, branding, and photography are the property of 3DM Minis and may not be reused without permission.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is affected by an error — with a full refund. Quantity discounts (pack savings) are applied automatically at checkout; discount amounts shown before checkout are previews.

Shipping and refunds

Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. We may update or correct information at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3DM Minis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
