Shipping policy

Processing time

Every mini is 3D printed to order. Orders are printed, quality-checked, and packed within 2–3 days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates (United States)

• Standard shipping — $8 (free on orders of $40 or more, and on any order of 9 or more minis)

Standard delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout already includes printing time.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Order tracking

All orders ship with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact us at info@3dmprints.com and we'll chase it down.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number — and photos, if damaged. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
